Abraham Lincoln once said “Whatever you are, be a good one.”
We’re a family business and between us, we’ve been creating live experiences for over 37 years. Event management is what we do. And it’s what we do best. We don’t try and pretend that we’re good at everything. And we’re not trying to take over the world. We just do our very best, in our very small part of it. We use first class suppliers. We organise our events in the best venues and locations. And we do it with passion.
With our established relationships with numerous industry partners, we can provide you with a full end-to-end service that includes venue hire, delegate communications and management, agenda construction, speaker advice and any AV and production you might need. We’re also logistics experts. From booking travel and managing transfers to working on table plans, we believe that the small details are key to the success of any event. We’ve been lucky enough to have run events in Europe, Asia, the US and Australia, so wherever in the world you might need support with planning, we’re confident we can help.
Amy (the big sister)
I have worked in events for 20+ years. If I’m not busy organising an event then I’m usually in a far-flung destination somewhere with my backpack, a Rough Guide and a very well organised itinerary.
My delivery of large-scale events and conferences spans over 25 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the US. From corporate events for investment banks and top asset management firms to global tech companies and retailers, my global experience includes conferences for 1000 people in New York, PGA golf tours, parties, dinners and table planning for up to 500 people and bespoke C-Level thought-leadership events.
Liv (the little sister)
I have been employed across a mix of marketing and events roles since leaving university in 2001. Corporate roles have included managing exhibitions, seminars, corporate conferences, teambuilding days, parties, and client entertainment for the likes of Experian and Sky, while agency roles have given me UK and European experience running a range of client events from 6 to 1200 people.
When not managing events, I am at home in Teddington organising a 3- and a 5 year-old which is definitely much harder work but no less rewarding!
